Hope – rehomed!

Hope found her forever home with the same couple who adopted Bella earlier in 2014. Here she is enjoying runs and treats with her new sister.

The latest foster for Lurcher SOS is Hope.  She is a young Saluki cross found wandering the streets of Peterborough.  Her condition was so poor that she was taken straight to a vet and from there transferred to Kim’s Home for some special care.

This is how she looked when she first arrived:

2 weeks later she has put on some weight and her pressure sores are healing well.  But she has a long way to go before she is completely healthy.
